The world via us
Finavia provides airport and air navigation services with safety, customer-orientation and cost efficiency as their cornerstones. The comprehensive network of 25 airports enables international connections from Finland — and to different parts of Finland. Our main airport in Helsinki is the leading Northern European transit airport for Asian traffic.
Finavia’s core business is divided into airport and passenger services provided at the airports, and air navigation services. In addition, Finavia's core business is supported by group companies Lentoasemakiinteistöt Oyj, a company engaged in the real estate business, and Airpro Oy, a company providing ground services for airports and airlines.
Finavia provides airlines with airport services: the goal is the smooth turnaround of aircraft at the airport. Among other things, we are responsible for the maintenance of runways and terminals, and for the ramp handling and security check services.
We provide passengers with diverse services and shopping opportunities.
At the airports, Finavia’s customers are airlines, passengers and other operators in the sector.
Air navigation services
Finavia’s air navigation services are responsible for controlling the use of Finnish airspace and for providing the related en-route services and air navigation services at Finavia's airports.
The customers of air navigation services are airlines, State aviation and general aviators.
Real estate operations
Lentoasemakiinteistöt Oyj is a real estate company leasing commercial premises at the airports and in their vicinity. Its customers are companies in the air traffic service chain and companies benefiting from the proximity of the airport.
Airpro provides, among other things, ground services and security check services for air traffic. Airpro’s customers are airlines, passengers and Finavia’s airports.
